In 2019 C.A. Long, MFA launched the A.C. Laurelle Leadership Institute for Womxn of Color.
The institute exists to uplift womxn identifying and non-binary professionals who are actively working hard to reach their highest career goals. Founded by WoC with expertise in executive education, corporate learning and leadership development, the institute can be the community that helps womxn achieve equal pay and professional growth.
One of the first resources we designed for the institute was an online leadership course for womxn.
Course Design
Leadership Essentials for Womxn of Color online course typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Participants who complete the course will be awarded a digital certificate of completion shareable on social media/LinkedIn. Students have access to the course for 180 days.
