C.A. Long, MFA

C.A. Long, MFA is the Founder and Chief Learning Architect of edCircle LLC, a consultancy that delivers enterprise AI-enabled learning programs at scale. Through an interdisciplinary practice, she helps professionals at every level reach their business goals.

C.A. brings over a decade of experience designing enterprise learning and digital adoption strategies for global workforces, including AI upskilling, change management, and responsible AI governance. As Senior Lead of Digital Learning at the United Nations Global Compact, she leads global learning delivery for more than 250,000 participants across 60 countries.

Her clients include The New York Times, MediaMKRS, Visa, Instride, New York University, The Wharton School, Columbia Business School, Sotheby's, Vice, and HBO, among many others.

Christina holds a Master's degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a Business degree from the Haworth College of Business, and certifications from Stanford, Wharton & Columbia.
