According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of Americans quitting their jobs rose from 942,000 in June 2021 to 4 million in July 2021. It is clear that edtech is a key resource in helping workers re-skill and also get onboarded into new organizations.

Many new learning providers, coaches & school’s are springing up to meet the demand. Even platforms like General Assembly are offerings programs like this: “The Great Resignation, Deciding If or When to Quit”. Traditional colleges are re-thinking their target continuing ed audience, as resignation rates are highest with mid-career professionals.
